Principal Retirement Service Centre

Our MPF schemes have been officially onboarded to the eMPF Platform on 7 May 2025.

If you are an MPF principal/ subsidiary intermediary, you can check the MPF account information related to the employers and members you serve through the new online platform named "Principal/Subsidiary Intermediary Corner".

From now on, please submit the relevant MPF administration instructions directly to the eMPF Platform.

Should you have any queries regarding the scheme administration services, please contact the eMPF Platform at (852) 183 2622.

The ORSO Online Portal will be discontinued with effect from 14 December 2026. Online account enquiry and online investment instruction services (where applicable) will no longer be available after this date.
